حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدَةُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ، قَالَ: أَنَا زَيْدُ بْنُ الْحُبَابِ، قَالَ: أَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ وَاقِدٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ بُرَيْدَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ؓ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ -:
" سَمِعْتُ خَشَفَةً أَمَامِي، فَقُلْتُ: مَنْ هَذَا قِيلَ: بِلَالٌ، قُلْتُ: فَبِمَ سَبَقْتَنِي إِلَى الْجَنَّةِ "، قَالَ: مَا أَحْدَثْتُ إِلَّا تَوَضَّأْتُ، وَلَا تَوَضَّأْتُ إِلَّا رَأَيْتُ لِلهِ تَبَارَكَ وَتَعَالَى عَلَيَّ رَكْعَتَيْنِ، قَالَ فَبِهَا
Translation

He said, "I never break my ablution but that I renew it, and I never renew ablution but that I see it as due to God, Blessed and Exalted, to pray two rak'ahs." He said, "By that."
