حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدَةُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ، قَالَ: أَنَا زَيْدُ بْنُ الْحُبَابِ، قَالَ: أَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ وَاقِدٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ بُرَيْدَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ؓ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ -:

" فِي الْإِنْسَانِ ثَلَاثُمِائَةٍ وَسِتُّونَ مَفْصِلًا عَلَى كُلِّ مَفْصِلٍ صَدَقَةٌ قَالُوا: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ مَنْ يُطِيقُ ذَلِكَ ؟ قَالَ: " النُّخَاعَةُ يَدْفِنُهَا صَدَقَةٌ، وَإِمَاطَةُ الْأَذَى عَنِ الطَّرِيقِ صَدَقَةٌ، وَرَكْعَتَيِ الضُّحَى تَكْفِي ذَلِكَ

Translation

✧ "In the human being there are three hundred and sixty joints. For each joint, charity is due." They said, "O Messenger of God, who can bear that?" He said, "A gob of spittle you bury is charity, removing something harmful from the road is charity, and the two rak'ahs of Duha suffice for that."
