حَدَّثَنَا سَلَمَةُ بْنُ شَبِيبٍ، قَالَ: نَا عَمْرُو بْنُ عُثْمَانَ، قَالَ: نَا مُوسَى بْنُ أَعْيَنَ، عَنْ لَيْثٍ، عَنْ عَلْقَمَةَ، بْنُ مَرْثَدٍ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ بُرَيْدَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ؓ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ:

" لِأَهْلِ الذِّمَّةِ مَا أَسْلَمُوا عَلَيْهِ مِنْ أَمْوَالِهِمْ وَأَرْضِيهِمْ وَذَرَارِيِّهِمْ وَعَبِيدِهِمْ وَمَاشِيَتِهِمْ لَيْسَ عَلَيْهِمْ فِيهَا إِلَّا الصَّدَقَةُ

Translation
