حَدَّثَنَا عَبَّادُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ الْكُوفِيُّ قَالَ: نَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ فُضَيْلِ بْنِ غَزْوَانَ قَالَ: نَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ أَبِي زِيَادٍ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ الْأَحْوَصِ، عَنْ أَبِي هِلَالٍ الْعَكِّيِّ، عَنْ أَبِي بَرْزَةَ الْأَسْلَمِيِّ ؓ
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ نَظَرَ إِلَى رَجُلَيْنِ يَوْمَ أُحُدٍ يَتَمَثَّلَانِ بِهَذَا الشِّعْرِ فِي حَمْزَةَ: ( 2 / 248 ) تَرَكْتُ حَوَارِيًّا تَلُوحُ عِظَامُهُ زَوَى الْحَرْبَ عَنْهُ أَنْ يُجَنَّ فَيُقْبَرَا فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ: اللَّهُمَّ ارْكُسْهُمَا رَكْسًا، وَادْعُهُمَا إِلَى الْعَذَابِ دَعًّا

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ looked at two men on the day of Uhud reciting this poetry about Hamzah: 'I left a disciple whose bones glisten; war turned him away from going mad and being buried.' The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'O Allah, cast them down headlong, and drive them harshly to the punishment.'
