وَحَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ زِيَادٍ الصَّائِغُ، قَالَ: نَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ الرَّازِيُّ، قَالَ: نَا الْمُغِيرَةُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ، عَنْ مَطَرٍ الْوَرَّاقِ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، عَنْ عُثْمَانَ، وَاللَّفْظُ لَفْظُ يَعْلَى بْنِ حَكِيمٍ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ أَنَّهُ قَالَ:

" لَا يَحِلُّ دَمُ امْرِئٍ مُسْلِمٍ إِلَّا بِإِحْدَى ثَلَاثٍ: زِنًا بَعْدَ إِحْصَانٍ، أَوْ كُفْرٍ بَعْدَ إِسْلَامٍ، أَوْ قَتْلِ نَفْسٍ مُتَعَمِّدًا فَلْيُقْتَلْ بِهِ

✧ “It is not lawful to shed the blood of a Muslim except for one of three: adultery after marriage, disbelief after Islam, or killing a person intentionally, for which he is to be killed.”
