حَدَّثَنَا رَجَاءُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ السَّقَطِيُّ قَالَ: نَا رَجُلٌ، قَدْ سَمَّاهُ ذَهَبَ عَنِّي اسْمُهُ قَالَ: نَا رَوْحُ بْنُ عَطَاءِ بْنِ أَبِي مَيْمُونَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ ؓ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ:

" مَنْ دُعِيَ إِلَى حَاكِمٍ مِنْ حُكَّامِ الْمُسْلِمِينَ فَلَمْ يَأْتِهِ فَهُوَ ظَالِمٌ أَوْ قَالَ: لَا حَقَّ لَهُ

Translation

✧ "Whoever is summoned to a judge among the judges of the Muslims and does not come to him is a wrongdoer," or he said: "has no right."
