Musnad al-Bazzar 3186

✧ The first hadith of Abu Musa

أَخْبَرَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ عَلِيٍّ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو أَحْمَدَ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا يُونُسُ بْنُ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ، عَنْ أَبِي بُرْدَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي مُوسَى ؓ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ:

" تُسْتَأْمَرُ الْيَتِيمَةُ فِي نَفْسِهَا، فَإِنْ سَكَتَتْ فَقَدْ أَذِنَتْ، وَإِنْ كَرِهَتْ فَلَا كُرْهَ عَلَيْهَا

Translation
