✧ The first hadith of Abu Musa

3168 3171 - وَأَخْبَرَنَاهُ إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو أُسَامَةَ، قَالَ:

حَدَّثَنِي بُرَيْدٌ، عَنْ أَبِي بُرْدَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي مُوسَى، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ بِمِثْلِهِ. وَهَذَا الْحَدِيثُ إِنَّمَا يُعْرَفُ مِنْ حَدِيثِ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ بُرَيْدٍ، وَلَا نَعْلَمُ أَحَدًا حَدَّثَ بِهِ عَنْ أَبِي أُسَامَةَ عَنْ بُرَيْدَةَ إِلَّا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ

Translation

Chain of narrators
  1. Ibrāhīm b. Saʿīd
  2. Abū Usāmah

✧ Burayd narrated to me, from Abu Burdah, from Abu Musa, from the Prophet ﷺ, something similar. This hadith is only known from the narration of Yahya b. Sa'id from Burayd, and we do not know anyone who narrated it from Abu Usamah from Buraydah except Ibrahim b. Sa'id.
