✧ Abu 'Ubaydah b. Hudhayfah from his father

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مَعْمَرٍ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا وَهْبُ بْنُ جَرِيرٍ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا شُعْبَةُ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا يَزِيدُ أَبُو خَالِدٍ، عَنْ أَبِي عُبَيْدَةَ بْنِ حُذَيْفَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ؓ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ:
" مَنْ بَاعَ دَارًا أَوْ عَقَارًا فَلَمْ يَجْعَلْ مِنْ ثَمَنِهِ فِي مِثْلِهِ لَمْ يُبَارَكْ لَهُ فِيهِ
