حَدَّثَنَا الْحَارِثُ بْنُ الْخَضِرِ الْعَطَّارُ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا أَنَسُ بْنُ عِيَاضٍ أَبُو ضَمْرَةَ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ حَرْمَلَةَ، عَنْ يَعْلَى بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ هُرْمُزَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَبَّادٍ الزُّرَقِيِّ، قَالَ:
كُنَّا نَصِيدُ بِبِئْرِ إِهَابٍ، وَهِيَ بِئْرٌ لَهُمْ فَأَتَانَا عُبَادَةُ بْنُ الصَّامِتِ، وَقَدْ أَخَذْنَا عُصْفُورًا فَأَطْلَقَ الْعُصْفُورَ وَقَالَ: أَلَمْ تَعْلَمُوا أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ حَرَّمَ صَيْدَهَا ؟
