حَدَّثَنَا الْفُضَيْلُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا الرَّبِيعُ بْنُ نَافِعٍ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ رَبِيعَةَ، عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ أَبِي مَالِكٍ، عَنْ أَبِي الْأَزْهَرِ، عَنْ عُبَادَةَ بْنِ الصَّامِتِ ؓ: أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ:
" إِنَّ خِيَارَ أُمَّتِي الَّذِينَ إِذَا رُؤُوا ذُكِرَ اللهُ، وَإِنَّ شِرَارَ أُمَّتِي الْمَشَّاؤُونَ بِالنَّمِيمَةِ الْمُفَرِّقُونَ بَيْنَ الْأَحِبَّةِ الْبَاغُونَ الْبُرَّاءَ الْعَنَتَ
