✧ No doer of good—whether Muslim or disbeliever—does good except that he is rewarded. We said: O Messenger of Allah, this reward of the believer we have known; what is the reward of the disbeliever? He said: If he gives charity, maintains family ties, or does a good deed, Allah rewards him, and his reward is wealth and children in this world, and a punishment less than the punishment—meaning in the Hereafter—and he recited: “Cause the people of Pharaoh to enter the severest punishment.”
