✧ I missed the Messenger of Allah ﷺ from his bed, and I thought that he had gone to one of his wives. Then I found him. He stood up quickly and took his cloak on his shoulder, and I took my waist-wrapper. I said: What is he doing? He went out and I went out behind him. Whenever he hastened, I hastened, until he came to al-Baqi'. He raised his hands supplicating three times, then he left. He hastened and I hastened, until I entered the house and he entered after me. He said: What is the matter with you? Did you fear that Allah and His Messenger would be unjust to you? Jibril ﷺ came to me and commanded me to go to the people of al-Baqi' and seek forgiveness for them.
