حَدَّثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ قَزَعَةَ وَعَمْرُو بْنُ عِيسَى الضُّبَعِيُّ قَالَا: نَا عَبْدُ الْأَعْلَى، عَنْ هِشَامٍ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ:
نَهَى النَّبِيُّ ﷺ أَنْ يُتَلَقَّى الْجَلَبُ، فَمَنْ تَلَقَّاهُ فَاشْتَرَى مِنْهُ شَيْئًا فَصَاحِبُهُ بِالْخِيَارِ إِذَا جَاءَ السُّوقَ
Translation

✧ The Prophet ﷺ forbade that caravans be met [on the way to the market]. Whoever meets one and buys something from it, its owner has the option [to cancel the sale] when he reaches the market.
