حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مَرْزُوقِ بْنِ بُكَيْرٍ، نَا عُمَرُ بْنُ سِنَانٍ، نَا خَالِدٌ الْحَذَّاءُ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سِيرِينَ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، رَفَعَهُ:
أَنَّ نَبِيًّا مِنَ الْأَنْبِيَاءِ نَزَلَ تَحْتَ شَجَرَةٍ فَلَسَعَتْهُ نَمْلَةٌ، فَأَمَرَ بِتِلْكَ الشَّجَرَةِ فَأُحْرِقَتْ، فَأَوْحَى اللهُ إِلَيْهِ: فَهَلَّا نَمْلَةً وَاحِدَةً

✧ A prophet among the prophets alighted under a tree and an ant stung him, so he ordered that tree to be burned. Then God revealed to him: Why not just one ant?
