أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو صَالِحِ بْنُ أَبِي طَاهِرٍ الْعَنْبَرِيُّ، أَنْبَأَ جَدِّي يَحْيَى بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ الْقَاضِي، ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ الْإِسْمَاعِيلِيُّ، ثَنَا عِيسَى بْنُ حَمَّادٍ، أَنْبَأَ اللَّيْثُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ، حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو الزُّبَيْرِ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ، عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ الْخَطَّابِ ؓ:
أَنَّهُ قَضَى فِي الضَّبُعِ يُصِيبُهَا الْمُحْرِمُ بِكَبْشٍ، وَفِي الظَّبْيِ بِشَاةٍ، وَفِي الْأَرْنَبِ بِعَنَاقٍ، وَفِي الْيَرْبُوعِ بِجَفْرَةٍ

رواه مالك بن سعير عن الأجلح عن أبي الزبير عن جابر عن عمر مرفوعا إلى النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم وتابعه ابن فضيل عن أجلح قاله موسى بن إسحاق القواس عنه ورواه أصحاب أبي الزبير عن أبي الزبير عن جابر عن عمر قوله غير مرفوع منهم أيوب وابن عون وهشام بن حسان والأوزاعي وصخر بن جويرية وسفيان بن عيينة والليث بن سعد والموقوف أصح من المسن
machine translationMālik b. Saʿīr narrated it from al-Ajlaḥ, from Abū al-Zubayr, from Jābir, from ʿUmar, raised (marfūʿ) to the Prophet ﷺ, and Ibn Fuḍayl followed him on it from Ajlaḥ; Mūsā b. Isḥāq al-Qawwās said this on his authority. But the companions of Abū al-Zubayr narrated it from Abū al-Zubayr, from Jābir, from ʿUmar as his own saying, not raised (ghayr marfūʿ). Among them are Ayyūb, Ibn ʿAwn, Hishām b. Ḥassān, al-Awzāʿī, Ṣakhr b. Juwayriyah, Sufyān b. ʿUyaynah and al-Layth b. Saʿd. The halted (mawqūf) report is more sound than the connected-to-the-Prophet (musnad) one.
