( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَمْرٍو الْأَدِيبُ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو بَكْرٍ الْإِسْمَاعِيلِيُّ، أَخْبَرَنِي هَارُونُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ، ثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي عُمَرَ، ثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ مُطَرِّفٍ، عَنْ أَبِي السَّفَرِ قَالَ " سَمِعْتُ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ يَقُولُ:
يَا أَيُّهَا النَّاسُ، اسْمَعُوا مِنِّي مَا أَقُولُ لَكُمْ، وَأَسْمِعُونِي مَا تَقُولُونَ، وَلَا تَذْهَبُوا فَتَقُولُوا قَالَ: ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ، قَالَ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ: مَنْ طَافَ بِالْبَيْتِ فَلْيَطُفْ مِنْ وَرَاءِ الْحِجْرِ، وَلَا تَقُولُوا: الْحَطِيمُ؛ فَإِنَّ الرَّجُلَ فِي الْجَاهِلِيَّةِ كَانَ يَحْلِفُ فَيُلْقِي سَوْطَهُ أَوْ نَعْلَهُ أَوْ قَوْسَهُ، وَأَيُّمَا صَبِيٍّ حَجَّ بِهِ أَهْلُهُ فَقَدْ قَضَتْ حَجَّتُهُ عَنْهُ مَا دَامَ صَغِيرًا، فَإِذَا بَلَغَ فَعَلَيْهِ حَجَّةٌ أُخْرَى، وَأَيُّمَا عَبْدٍ حَجَّ بِهِ أَهْلُهُ فَقَدْ قَضَتْ عَنْهُ حَجَّتُهُ مَا دَامَ عَبْدًا، فَإِذَا عَتَقَ فَعَلَيْهِ حَجَّةٌ أُخْرَى
