أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَلِيٍّ الرُّوذْبَارِيُّ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ دَاسَةَ، ثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ، ثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ خَلَّادٍ الْبَاهِلِيُّ، ثَنَا يَحْيَى عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنِي حَرِيزٌ - أَوْ أَبُو حَرِيزٍ - قَالَ أَبُو بَكْرٍ: هَذَا مِنْ يَحْيَى - يَعْنِي الشَّكَّ
أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ عَبْدَ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنَ فَرُّوخَ يَسْأَلُ ابْنَ عُمَرَ قَالَ: إِنَّا نَبْتَاعُ - أَوْ قَالَ: نَتَبَايَعُ - بِأَمْوَالِ النَّاسِ فَيَأْتِي أَحَدُنَا مَكَّةَ فَيَبِيتُ عَلَى الْمَالِ فَقَالَ: أَمَّا رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ فَبَاتَ - أَوْ قَالَ: قَدْ بَاتَ - بِمِنًى وَظَلَّ
