أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو أَحْمَدَ الْمِهْرَجَانِيُّ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ الْمُزَكِّي، ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، ثَنَا ابْنُ بُكَيْرٍ، ثَنَا مَالِكٌ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ بْنِ أَبِي تَمِيمَةَ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ أَنَّ عَبْدَ اللهِ بْنَ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ:
مَنْ نَسِيَ مِنْ نُسُكِهِ شَيْئًا أَوْ تَرَكَهُ فَلْيُهْرِقْ دَمًا، قَالَ مَالِكٌ: لَا أَدْرِي قَالَ: تَرَكَ أَمْ نَسِيَ
