أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو الْحُسَيْنِ بْنُ الْفَضْلِ، أَنْبَأَ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، ثَنَا يَعْقُوبُ بْنُ سُفْيَانَ، ( ح ): وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَلِيٍّ الرُّوذْبَارِيُّ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ دَاسَةَ، ثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ قَالَا: ثَنَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ قَالَ: ثَنَا جَرِيرٌ، عَنِ الشَّيْبَانِيِّ، عَنْ زِيَادِ بْنِ عِلَاقَةَ، عَنْ أُسَامَةَ بْنِ شَرِيكٍ قَالَ:
خَرَجْتُ مَعَ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ حَاجًّا، فَكَانَ النَّاسُ يَأْتُونَهُ، فَمِنْ قَائِلٍ: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ، سَعَيْتُ قَبْلَ أَنْ أَطُوفَ، أَوْ أَخَّرْتُ شَيْئًا، أَوْ قَدَّمْتُ شَيْئًا، فَكَانَ يَقُولُ لَهُمْ: لَا حَرَجَ لَا حَرَجَ، إِلَّا عَلَى رَجُلٍ اقْتَرَضَ عِرْضَ رَجُلٍ مُسْلِمٍ وَهُوَ ظَالِمٌ، فَذَلِكَ الَّذِي حَرِجَ وَهَلَكَ
