( وَأَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو أَحْمَدَ الْمِهْرَجَانِيُّ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، ثَنَا ابْنُ بُكَيْرٍ، ثَنَا مَالِكٌ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ، أَنَّ عُمَرَ بْنَ الْخَطَّابِ ؓ قَالَ:
مَنْ عَقَصَ أَوْ ضَفَرَ أَوْ لَبَّدَ فَقَدْ وَجَبَ عَلَيْهِ الْحِلَاقُ
