أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ الْمُزَكِّي، ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ: مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، أَنْبَأَ الرَّبِيعُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، أَنْبَأَ الشَّافِعِيُّ، أَنْبَأَ مَالِكٌ، عَنْ دَاوُدَ بْنِ الْحُصَيْنِ، عَنْ أَبِي غَطَفَانَ بْنِ طَرِيفٍ الْمُرِّيِّ أَنَّهُ أَخْبَرَهُ:

أَنَّ أَبَاهُ طَرِيفًا تَزَوَّجَ امْرَأَةً وَهُوَ مُحْرِمٌ، فَرَدَّ عُمَرُ بْنُ الْخَطَّابِ ؓ نِكَاحَهُ
