( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو الْحُسَيْنِ بْنُ الْفَضْلِ أَنْبَأَ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، ثَنَا يَعْقُوبُ بْنُ سُفْيَانَ، حَدَّثَنِي عَمَّارُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ، ثَنَا سَلَمَةُ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِسْحَاقَ قَالَ:

ثُمَّ خَرَجَ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ عَامِرٍ مِنْ نَيْسَابُورَ مُعْتَمِرًا قَدْ أَحْرَمَ مِنْهَا، وَخَلَفَ عَلَى خُرَاسَانَ الْأَحْنَفَ بْنَ قَيْسِ، فَلَمَّا قَضَى عُمْرَتَهُ أَتَى عُثْمَانَ بْنَ عَفَّانَ ؓ وَذَلِكَ فِي السَّنَةِ الَّتِي قُتِلَ فِيهَا عُثْمَانُ ؓ فَقَالَ لَهُ عُثْمَانُ ؓ لَقَدْ غَرَرْتَ بِعُمْرَتِكَ حِينَ أَحْرَمْتَ مِنْ نَيْسَابُورَ
