( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، أَخْبَرَنِي أَحْمَدُ بْنُ الْحُسَيْنِ الْقَاضِي بِبُخَارَى، ثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ: أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ بِسْطَامَ الْمَرْوَزِيُّ، ثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ سَيَّارٍ الْفَقِيهُ، قَالَ: قُرِئَ عَلَى الْحَسَنِ بْنِ إِسْحَاقَ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ صَالِحٍ، قَالَ ذَكَرَ مُسْلِمُ بْنُ مُحَارِبٍ، عَنْ دَاوُدَ بْنِ أَبِي هِنْدٍ:
أَنَّ عَبْدَ اللهِ بْنَ عَامِرِ بْنِ كُرَيْزٍ حِينَ فَتَحَ خُرَاسَانَ قَالَ: لَأَجْعَلَنَّ شُكْرِي لِلهِ أَنْ أَخْرُجَ مِنْ مَوْضِعِي مُحْرِمًا، فَأَحْرَمَ مِنْ نَيْسَابُورَ فَلَمَّا قَدِمَ عَلَى عُثْمَانَ لَامَهُ عَلَى مَا صَنَعَ، قَالَ لَيْتَكَ تَضْبِطُ مِنَ الْوَقْتِ الَّذِي يُحْرِمُ مِنْهُ النَّاسُ
