أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو الْحَسَنِ: عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْمُقْرِي، أَنْبَأَ الْحَسَنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِسْحَاقَ، ثَنَا يُوسُفُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ الْقَاضِي، ثَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ مَرْزُوقٍ، أَنْبَأَ شُعْبَةُ، عَنِ الْحَكَمِ، عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ حُسَيْنٍ، عَنْ مَرْوَانَ بْنِ الْحَكَمِ، قَالَ:

سَمِعْتُ عُثْمَانَ وَعَلِيًّا ؓ بَيْنَ مَكَّةَ وَالْمَدِينَةِ، وَعُثْمَانُ يَنْهَى عَنِ الْمُتْعَةِ وَأَنْ يُجْمَعَ بَيْنَهُمَا، فَلَمَّا رَأَى ذَلِكَ عَلِيٌّ أَهَلَّ بِهِمَا جَمِيعًا، قَالَ: لَبَّيْكَ عُمْرَةً وَحَجَّةً مَعًا، قَالَ: فَقَالَ عُثْمَانُ: تَرَانِي أَنْهَى النَّاسَ عَنْ شَيْءٍ وَتَفْعَلُهُ أَنْتَ ؟ قَالَ: فَقَالَ: لَمْ أَكُنْ لِأَدَعَ سُنَّةَ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ لِقَوْلِ أَحَدٍ مِنَ النَّاسِ
