وَأَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ فُورَكَ، أَنْبَأَ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، ثَنَا يُونُسُ بْنُ حَبِيبٍ، ثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ، ثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ أَبَا بَصْرَةَ يَقُولُ:

قُلْتُ لِجَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ: إِنَّ ابْنَ الزُّبَيْرِ يَنْهَى عَنِ الْمُتْعَةِ، وَإِنَّ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ يَأْمُرُ بِهَا. قَالَ جَابِرٌ: عَلَى يَدَيَّ دَارَ الْحَدِيثُ تَمَتَّعْنَا عَلَى عَهْدِ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ فَلَمَّا كَانَ عُمَرُ ؓ خَطَبَ النَّاسَ، فَقَالَ: إِنَّ اللهَ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ كَانَ يُحِلُّ لِنَبِيِّهِ عَلَيْهِ السَّلَامُ مَا يَشَاءُ، وَإِنَّ الْقُرْآنَ قَدْ نَزَلَ مَنَازِلَهُ، فَافْصِلُوا حَجَّكُمْ مِنْ عُمْرَتِكُمْ، وَأَبِتُّوا نِكَاحَ هَذِهِ النِّسَاءِ لَا أُوتَى بِرَجُلٍ تَزَوَّجَ امْرَأَةً إِلَى أَجَلٍ إِلَّا رَجَمْتُهُ
