8923 - ( وَأَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو الْحُسَيْنِ بْنُ الْفَضْلِ الْقَطَّانُ بِبَغْدَادَ، أَنْبَأَ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ دَرَسْتَوَيْهِ، ثَنَا يَعْقُوبُ بْنُ سُفْيَانَ، ثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ، ثَنَا حَمَّادٌ، فَذَكَرَهُ بِنَحْوِهِ، قَالَ سُلَيْمَانُ: سَمِعَ أَبُو قِلَابَةَ هَذَا مِنْ أَنَسٍ وَهُوَ فَقِيهٌ. وَرَوَى حُمَيْدٌ وَيَحْيَى بْنُ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ يُلَبِّي بِعُمْرَةٍ وَحَجٍّ، قَالَ:
وَلَمْ يَحْفَظَا إِنَّمَا الصَّحِيحُ مَا قَالَهُ أَبُو قِلَابَةَ: أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ أَفْرَدَ الْحَجَّ، وَقَدْ جَمَعَ بَعْضُ أَصْحَابِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ بَيْنَ الْحَجِّ وَالْعُمْرَةِ، فَإِنَّمَا سَمِعَ أَنَسٌ أُولَئِكَ الَّذِينَ جَمَعُوا بَيْنَ الْحَجِّ وَالْعُمْرَةِ هَذَا الْكَلَامَ أَوْ نَحْوَهُ. قَالَ الشَّيْخُ. وَقَدْ رَوَاهُ جَمَاعَةٌ عَنْ أَنَسٍ كَمَا رَوَاهُ يَحْيَى بْنُ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ، وَرَوَاهُ وُهَيْبٌ عَنْ أَيُّوبَ، فَالِاشْتِبَاهُ وَقَعَ لِأَنَسٍ لَا لِمَنْ دُونَهُ، وَيُحْتَمَلُ أَنْ يَكُونَ سَمِعَهُ ﷺ يُعَلِّمُهُ غَيْرَهُ كَيْفَ يُهِلُّ بِالْقِرَانِ لَا أَنَّهُ يُهِلُّ بِهِمَا عَنْ نَفْسِهِ، وَاللهُ أَعْلَمُ. وَقَدْ رُوِيَ مِنْ وَجْهٍ آخَرَ عَنْ أَنَسٍ

machine translationReporting from the people of knowledge: Qatādah and other memorizers (ḥuffāẓ) narrated it from Anas in that way, so the disagreement is over Anas himself. He said: Perhaps he heard the Prophet ﷺ teaching someone else how to pronounce the talbiyah for Qirān, and he thought that he had pronounced it for himself.
