( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو طَاهِرٍ الْفَقِيهُ، أَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ الْقَطَّانُ، نَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ الْحَارِثِ، ثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ أَبِي بُكَيْرٍ، ثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ طَهْمَانَ، ثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ حَسَّانَ، عَنْ حَفْصَةَ بِنْتِ سِيرِينَ، عَنْ أُمِّ عَطِيَّةَ الْأَنْصَارِيَّةِ قَالَتْ: قَالَ لِي رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ:

" لَا تُحِدُّ الْمَرْأَةُ عَلَى مَيِّتٍ فَوْقَ ثَلَاثَةٍ إِلَّا عَلَى زَوْجِهَا؛ فَإِنَّهَا تُحِدُّ أَرْبَعَةَ أَشْهُرٍ وَعَشْرًا، وَلَا تَلْبَسُ ثَوْبًا مَصْبُوغًا إِلَّا ثَوْبَ عَصْبٍ، وَلَا تَكْتَحِلُ، وَلَا تَخْتَضِبُ، وَلَا تَمَسُّ طِيبًا إِلَّا أَدْنَى طُهْرِهَا إِذَا تَطَهَّرَتْ مِنْ حَيْضَتِهَا نُبْذَةً مِنْ قُسْطٍ وَأَظْفَارٍ
