( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، ثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ حَمْشَاذَ الْعَدْلُ وَأَبُو الْحُسَيْنِ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ جَعْفَرٍ الْبَحِيرِيُّ إِمْلَاءً، قَالَ: ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ بْنِ خُزَيْمَةَ، ثَنَا أَبُو كُرَيْبٍ، ثَنَا أَبُو خَالِدٍ الْأَحْمَرُ، عَنْ شُعْبَةَ بْنِ الْحَجَّاجِ، عَنِ الْحَكَمِ، عَنْ مِقْسَمٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، قَالَ:
لَا يُحْرَمُ بِالْحَجِّ إِلَّا فِي أَشْهُرِ الْحَجِّ؛ فَإِنَّ مِنْ سُنَّةِ الْحَجِّ أَنْ يُحْرَمَ بِالْحَجِّ فِي أَشْهُرِ الْحَجِّ
