✧ The One Afflicted in His Body Who Cannot Stay on a Mount but Is Able to Have Someone Obey Him or Hire Someone, So the Obligation Becomes Binding

( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو بَكْرٍ: مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ فُورَكَ، أَنْبَأَ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، ثَنَا يُونُسُ بْنُ حَبِيبٍ، ثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ، ثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، أَخْبَرَنِي النُّعْمَانُ بْنُ سَالِمٍ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ عَوْفٍ الثَّقَفِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِي رَزِينٍ الْعُقَيْلِيِّ، قَالَ:

قُلْتُ: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ، إِنَّ أَبِي شَيْخٌ كَبِيرٌ لَا يَسْتَطِيعُ الْحَجَّ وَلَا الْعُمْرَةَ وَلَا الظَّعْنَ، قَالَ: حُجَّ عَنْ أَبِيكَ وَاعْتَمِرْ
