( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو الْحَسَنِ: عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ الْمُقْرِي، أَنْبَأَ الْحَسَنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِسْحَاقَ، ثَنَا يُوسُفُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ الْقَاضِي، ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَبِي بَكْرٍ، ثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ زُرَيْعٍ، ثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي عَرُوبَةَ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ ؓ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ:

رُفِعَ الْقَلَمُ عَنْ ثَلَاثَةٍ: عَنِ النَّائِمِ حَتَّى يَسْتَيْقِظَ، وَعَنِ الصَّغِيرِ حَتَّى يَبْلُغَ الْحِنْثَ، وَعَنِ الْمَجْنُونِ حَتَّى يُفِيقَ

    هو حديث حدث به قتادة وحميد الطويل ويونس بن عبيد عن الحسن واختلف عنهما فأسنده علي بن عاصم عن حميد وأسنده هشيم عن يونس بن عبيد وكلاهما عن الحسن عن علي بن أبي طالب عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم ووقفه غيرهما والموقوف أشبه بالصواب والله أعلم
