( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو نَصْرِ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ بْنِ قَتَادَةَ، ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ: مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ بْنِ أَيُّوبَ الصِّبْغِيُّ، ثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عَلِيِّ بْنِ زِيَادٍ، ثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي أُوَيْسٍ، حَدَّثَنِي ابْنُ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ، عَنْ مُوسَى بْنِ عُقْبَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ، قَالَ:

سَأَلْتُ جَابِرًا عَنِ الْمُطَلَّقَةِ تَعْتَكِفُ ؟ قَالَ: لَا، وَلَا الْمُتَوَفَّى عَنْهَا زَوْجُهَا حَتَّى تَحِلَّ
