( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَمْرٍو: مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْأَدِيبُ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو بَكْرٍ الْإِسْمَاعِيلِيُّ، ثَنَا ابْنُ عَبْدِ الْكَرِيمِ، ثَنَا بُنْدَارٌ، ثَنَا مُحَمَّدٌ يَعْنِي: غُنْدَرً، ثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ عَبْدَ اللهِ بْنَ عِيسَى بْنِ أَبِي لَيْلَى يُحَدِّثُ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ سَالِمٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ وَعَنْ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ؓ أَنَّهُمَا قَالَا:

لَمْ يُرَخَّصْ فِي أَيَّامِ التَّشْرِيقِ أَنْ يُصَمْنَ إِلَّا لِمَنْ لَمْ يَجِدْ هَدْيًا
