( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو الْحُسَيْنِ بْنُ الْفَضْلِ الْقَطَّانُ بِبَغْدَادَ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو سَهْلِ بْنُ زِيَادٍ الْقَطَّانُ، ثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ الْحَرْبِيُّ، ثَنَا عَفَّانُ، أَنْبَأَ حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ، أَنْبَأَ ثَابِتٌ، عَنْ أَبِي عُثْمَانَ النَّهْدِيِّ:

أَنَّ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ كَانَ فِي سَفَرٍ لَهُ فَلَمَّا نَزَلُوا أَرْسَلُوا إِلَيْهِ وَهُوَ يُصَلِّي لِيَطْعَمَ، فَقَالَ لِلرَّسُولِ: إِنِّي صَائِمٌ. فَلَمَّا وُضِعَ الطَّعَامُ وَكَادُوا يَفْرُغُونَ، فَجَاءَ فَجَعَلَ يَأْكُلُ. فَنَظَرَ الْقَوْمُ إِلَى رَسُولِهِمْ، فَقَالَ: مَا تَنْظُرُونَ ! قَدْ
