( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَمْرٍو: مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْأَدِيبُ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو بَكْرٍ الْإِسْمَاعِيلِيُّ أَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو يَعْلَى، ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَكَّارٍ، ثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ زَكَرِيَّا، ثَنَا عَاصِمٌ، ( قَالَ: أَبُو يَعْلَى ) وَحَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، ثَنَا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ عَنْ عَاصِمٍ، عَنْ مُوَرِّقٍ الْعِجْلِيِّ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ، قَالَ:

كُنَّا مَعَ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ فِي سَفَرٍ، أَكْثَرُنَا ظِلًّا يَوْمَئِذٍ الَّذِي يَسْتَظِلُّ بِكِسَاءٍ، فَأَمَّا الَّذِينَ أَفْطَرُوا فَسَقَوُا الرِّكَابَ وَامْتَهَنُوا وَعَالَجُوا، وَأَمَّا الَّذِينَ صَامُوا فَلَمْ يُعَالِجُوا شَيْئًا فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ: ذَهَبَ الْمُفْطِرُونَ بِالْأَجْرِ

    وخالفه أصحاب عاصم منهم أبو معاوية الضرير وعلي بن مسهر فروياه عن عاصم عن مورق العجلي عن أنس وهو الصواب

    machine translationThe companions of ʿĀṣim disagreed with him, among them Abū Muʿāwiyah al-Ḍarīr and ʿAlī b. Mushir, and they narrated it from ʿĀṣim, from Muwarriq al-ʿIjlī, from Anas, and that is the correct (ṣawāb) version.
