( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ: مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ الصَّغَانِيُّ، ثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ عَامِرٍ، ثَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ بْنِ صُهَيْبٍ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ:
مَنْ وَجَدَ تَمْرًا فَلْيُفْطِرْ عَلَيْهِ، وَمَنْ لَا فَلْيُفْطِرْ عَلَى الْمَاءِ؛ فَإِنَّهُ طَهُورٌ
