وَقَدْ أَخْبَرَنَاهُ ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، وَغَيْرُهُ، قَالُوا: ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ: مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، أَنْبَأَ الرَّبِيعُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، أَنْبَأَ الشَّافِعِيُّ، أَنْبَأَ مَالِكٌ، فَذَكَرَهُ بِمِثْلِهِ. وَقَالَ:

فَإِنْ غُمَّ عَلَيْكُمْ فَأَكْمِلُوا الْعِدَّةَ ثَلَاثِينَ
