أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، وَأَبُو زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ، قَالَا: ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، أَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْحَكَمِ، أَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ، أَخْبَرَنِي يُونُسُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي عُبَيْدُ اللهِ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عُتْبَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ: أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ - ﷺ

وَجَدَ شَاةً مَيْتَةً أُعْطِيَتْهَا مَوْلَاةٌ لِمَيْمُونَةَ مِنَ الصَّدَقَةِ، فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ: هَلَّا انْتَفَعْتُمْ بِجِلْدِهَا ؟ " فَقَالُوا: إِنَّهَا مَيْتَةٌ، فَقَالَ: " إِنَّمَا حَرُمَ أَكْلُهَا

    أصح ما في هذا الباب في جلود الميتة إذا دبغت حديث الزهري عن عبيد الله بن عبد الله عن ابن عباس عن ميمونة والله أعلم
