أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو الْحَسَنِ: عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْمُقْرِئُ، أَنْبَأَ الْحَسَنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِسْحَاقَ، ثَنَا يُوسُفُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ الْقَاضِي، ثَنَا أَبُو الرَّبِيعِ، ثَنَا أَبُو مَعْشَرٍ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، قَالَ:

أَمَرَنَا رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ أَنْ نُخْرِجَ زَكَاةَ الْفِطْرِ عَنْ كُلِّ صَغِيرٍ وَكَبِيرٍ، وَحُرٍّ وَمَمْلُوكٍ صَاعًا مِنْ تَمْرٍ أَوْ شَعِيرٍ، قَالَ: وَكَانَ يُؤْتَى إِلَيْهِمْ بِالزَّبِيبِ وَالْأَقِطِ فَيَقْبَلُونَهُ مِنْهُمْ، وَكُنَّا نُؤْمَرُ أَنْ نُخْرِجَهُ قَبْلَ أَنْ نَخْرُجَ إِلَى الصَّلَاةِ. فَأَمَرَهُمْ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ أَنْ يَقْسِمُوهُ بَيْنَهُمْ وَيَقُولُ: أَغْنُوهُمْ عَنْ طَوَافِ هَذَا الْيَوْمِ
