أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ أَبِي عَمْرٍو، ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ: مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، أَنْبَأَ الرَّبِيعُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، أَنْبَأَ الشَّافِعِيُّ، أَنْبَأَ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ الْمُؤَمَّلِ، قَالَ:
سَمِعْتُ ابْنَ أَبِي مُلَيْكَةَ وَرَجُلٌ يَقُولُ لَهُ: إِنَّ عَطَاءً أَمَرَنِي أَنْ أَطْرَحَ زَكَاةَ الْفِطْرِ فِي الْمَسْجِدِ، فَقَالَ ابْنُ أَبِي مُلَيْكَةَ: أَفْتَاكَ الْعِلْجُ بِغَيْرِ رَأْيِهِ. اقْسِمْهَا فَإِنَّمَا يُعْطِيهَا ابْنُ هِشَامٍ أَحْرَاسَهُ وَمَنْ شَاءَ
