وَرَوَاهُ حَاتِمُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ، عَنْ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ ؓ، قَالَ:
فَرَضَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ عَلَى كُلِّ صَغِيرٍ أَوْ كَبِيرٍ، حُرٍّ أَوْ عَبْدٍ مِمَّنْ يَمُونُونَ صَاعًا مِنْ شَعِيرٍ، أَوْ صَاعًا مِنْ تَمْرٍ، أَوْ صَاعًا مِنْ زَبِيبٍ، عَنْ كُلِّ إِنْسَانٍ
