أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ الْمُزَكِّي، وَغَيْرُهُ، قَالُوا: ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ: مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، أَخْبَرَنَا الرَّبِيعُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، أَخْبَرَنَا الشَّافِعِيُّ، أَنْبَأَ سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ دَاوُدَ بْنِ شَابُورَ، وَيَعْقُوبَ بْنِ عَطَاءٍ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ:

فِي كَنْزٍ وَجَدَهُ رَجُلٌ فِي خَرِبَةٍ جَاهِلِيَّةٍ: إِنْ وَجَدْتَهُ فِي قَرْيَةٍ مَسْكُونَةٍ أَوْ سَبِيلٍ مِئْتَاءٍ فَعَرِّفْهُ، وَإِنْ وَجَدْتَهُ فِي خَرِبَةٍ جَاهِلِيَّةٍ أَوْ فِي قَرْيَةٍ غَيْرِ مَسْكُونَةٍ فَفِيهِ، وَفِي الرِّكَازِ الْخُمُسُ
