أَخْبَرَنَا ) يَحْيَى بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ يَحْيَى، ثَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ: مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ الشَّيْبَانِيُّ، ثَنَا أَبُو أَحْمَدَ: مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْوَهَّابِ، أَنْبَأَ جَعْفَرُ بْنُ عَوْنٍ، أَنْبَأَ يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، ( ح ): وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو زَكَرِيَّا، وَغَيْرُهُ، قَالُوا: ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ: مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، أَنْبَأَ الرَّبِيعُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، أَنْبَأَ الشَّافِعِيُّ، أَنْبَأَ سُفْيَانُ، ثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي عَمْرِو بْنِ حِمَاسٍ أَنَّ أَبَاهُ، قَالَ:

مَرَرْتُ بِعُمَرَ بْنِ الْخَطَّابِ ؓ وَعَلَى عُنُقِي آدَمَةٌ أَحْمِلُهَا، فَقَالَ عُمَرُ: أَلَا تُؤَدِّي زَكَاتَكَ يَا حِمَاسُ، فَقُلْتُ: يَا أَمِيرَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ مَا لِي غَيْرُ هَذِهِ الَّتِي عَلَى ظَهْرِي، وَآهِبَةٌ فِي الْقَرَظِ، فَقَالَ: ذَاكَ مَالٌ فَضَعْ، قَالَ: فَوَضَعْتُهَا بَيْنَ يَدَيْهِ، فَحَسَبَهَا، فَوُجِدَتْ قَدْ وَجَبَتْ فِيهَا الزَّكَاةُ، فَأَخَذَ مِنْهَا الزَّكَاةَ.
