أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ أَبِي عَمْرٍو، ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ الْأَصَمُّ، ثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عَلِيِّ بْنِ عَفَّانَ، ثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ آدَمَ، ثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ مَيْمُونِ بْنِ مِهْرَانَ، قَالَ:
سَأَلْتُ عُمَرَ بْنَ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ عَنْ مُسْلِمٍ يَكُونُ فِي يَدِهِ أَرْضُ الْخَرَاجِ، فَيُسْأَلُ الزَّكَاةَ، فَيَقُولُ: إِنَّ عَلَيَّ الْخَرَاجَ، قَالَ: الْخَرَاجُ عَلَى الْأَرْضِ، وَفِي الْحَبِّ الزَّكَاةُ، قَالَ: وَسَأَلْتُهُ مَرَّةً أُخْرَى، فَقَالَ مِثْلَ ذَلِكَ
