أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ أَبِي عَمْرٍو، ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ الْأَصَمُّ، ثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عَلِيِّ بْنِ عَفَّانَ، ثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ آدَمَ، ثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي زَائِدَةَ، عَنْ دَاوُدَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ، قَالَ:
لَا يُجْمَعُ بَيْنَ الْحِنْطَةِ وَالشَّعِيرِ، وَلَا بَيْنَ التَّمْرِ وَالزَّبِيبِ فِي الصَّدَقَةِ إِذَا لَمْ يَبْلُغْ كُلُّ وَاحِدٍ خَمْسَةَ أَوْسَاقٍ
