قَالَ: وَحَدَّثَنَا الْوَلِيدُ، أَخْبَرَنِي عُثْمَانُ بْنُ عَطَاءٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَطَاءٍ الْخُرَاسَانِيِّ:
أَنَّ عُمَرَ بْنَ الْخَطَّابِ لَمَّا قَدِمَ الْجَابِيَةَ رَفَعَ إِلَيْهِ أَصْحَابُ رَسُولِ اللهِ - ﷺ: أَنَّهُمُ اخْتَلَفُوا فِي عُشْرِ الزَّيْتُونِ، فَقَالَ عُمَرُ: فِيهِ الْعُشْرُ إِذَا بَلَغَ خَمْسَةَ أَوْسُقٍ حَبُّهُ، عَصَرَهُ وَأَخَذَ عُشْرَ زَيْتِهِ
