أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو أَحْمَدَ: عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْحَسَنِ الْمِهْرَجَانِيُّ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ الْمُزَكِّي، ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الْبُوشَنْجِيُّ، ثَنَا ابْنُ بُكَيْرٍ، ثَنَا مَالِكٌ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ يَسَارٍ:

أَنَّ أَهْلَ الشَّامِ، قَالُوا لِأَبِي عُبَيْدَةَ بْنِ الْجَرَّاحِ ؓ: خُذْ مِنْ خَيْلِنَا وَرَقِيقِنَا صَدَقَةً، فَأَبَى، ثُمَّ كَتَبَ إِلَى عُمَرَ بْنِ الْخَطَّابِ ؓ، فَأَبَى، فَكَلَّمُوهُ أَيْضًا، فَكَتَبَ إِلَى عُمَرَ بْنِ الْخَطَّابِ، فَكَتَبَ إِلَيْهِ عُمَرُ بْنُ الْخَطَّابِ: إِنْ أَحَبُّوا فَخُذْهَا مِنْهُمْ، وَارْدُدْهَا عَلَيْهِمْ، وَارْزُقْ رَقِيقَهُمْ
