( وَأَخْبَرَنَا ) مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مُوسَى بْنِ الْفَضْلِ، ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ، أَنْبَأَ الرَّبِيعُ، أَنْبَأَ الشَّافِعِيُّ، أَنْبَأَ إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ:

أَنَّ أَبَا بَكْرٍ، وَعُمَرَ ؓ لَمْ يَكُونَا يَأْخُذَانِ الصَّدَقَةَ مَثْنَاةً، وَلَكِنْ يَبْعَثَانِ عَلَيْهَا فِي الْجَدْبِ وَالْخَصْبِ وَالسِّمَنِ وَالْعَجَفِ
