أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو الْحُسَيْنِ بْنُ بِشْرَانَ بِبَغْدَادَ، أَنْبَأَ إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الصَّفَّارُ، ثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عَلِيِّ بْنِ عَفَّانَ، ثَنَا ابْنُ نُمَيْرٍ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ:
كُلُّ مَا أُدِّيَتْ زَكَاتُهُ وَإِنْ كَانَ تَحْتَ سَبْعِ أَرَضِينَ فَلَيْسَ بِكَنْزٍ، وَكُلُّ مَالٍ لَا تُؤَدَّى زَكَاتُهُ فَهُوَ كَنْزٌ وَإِنْ كَانَ ظَاهِرًا عَلَى وَجْهِ الْأَرْضِ
