أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ أَبِي عَمْرٍو، ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، أَنْبَأَ الرَّبِيعُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، ثَنَا الشَّافِعِيُّ، أَنْبَأَ مَالِكٌ، عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ:
مَا أُحِبُّ أَنْ أُدْفَنَ بِالْبَقِيعِ، لَأَنْ أُدْفَنَ فِي غَيْرِهِ أَحَبُّ إِلَيَّ، إِنَّمَا هُوَ أَحَدُ رَجُلَيْنِ، إِمَّا ظَالِمٌ فَلَا أُحِبُّ أَنْ أَكُونَ فِي جِوَارِهِ، وَإِمَّا صَالِحٌ فَلَا أُحِبُّ أَنْ تُنْبَشَ لِي عِظَامُهُ
